I called Dream Street Graphics interested in their van packages that they offer Chem-Dry franchisees. The very friendly staff that I talked to told me that a rep would give me a call shortly. Not 1 hour had passed and I got a call from Brian (my area rep). Brian and I were on the phone for approximately an hour talking not only about the van graphics but of advertisement and other things that would pertain to my new franchise. Brian was extremely well versed in his experience in advertisement and offered some invaluable advise. He was very professional and friendly which made the experience with DSG that much better. After several more talks with Brian I had three graphics in mind but did not know which I would pick (big selection). Brian offered to have the DSG designers put the graphics in a van so that I could look a little more closely. After going back and forth a few times I finally decided on a graphic. I have to say that the service I got from DSG and particularly Brian were outstanding and it made the process a pleasurable one rather that a nightmare which I may have gotten somewhere else. I think the folks at DSG are awesome, offer great insight and are easy to deal with. It is evident that they believe in the products that they sell by the way it is presented. I will be doing more business with them in the near future. I also think that I can call Brian for some insight and he will still be helpful (even after this sale goes through).
